Oakwood Village real estate: living here, the homes and the market
Oakwood Village is home to our office, and one of the most down-to-earth, welcoming neighbourhoods in the city. Here is what it is like to live here, what you can buy and what the numbers say.

Why we love Oakwood Village
Our office is right here at 228 Oakwood Avenue, steps from Corso Italia, so come visit us. Oakwood Village runs north from St. Clair toward Eglinton along Oakwood Avenue, with a busy strip of local shops, bakeries and cafes and easy access to both St. Clair and the new Eglinton LRT.
Where to go
- Primrose Bagel. A must-visit, with the best rock salt bagels.
- The Oakwood strip. Local cafes, bakeries and shops along Oakwood Avenue between St. Clair and Eglinton.
- Eglinton LRT. Oakwood station on Line 5 puts the rest of the city within easy reach.
The homes
Oakwood Village is mostly detached and semi-detached brick houses from the early 1900s, many with deep lots and room for a basement rental unit. With prices below many nearby neighbourhoods and new rapid transit on Eglinton, it is a strong pick for both end users and investors.
Market snapshot
TRREB reports Oakwood Village as its own community. Here is what it reported for the second quarter of 2026.
