Your privacy, in plain language

We only ask for what we need to help you, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Here is exactly what we collect on vrysellas.com and how we use it.

Who we are

This website is run by Spiro Vrysellas, Broker, and the Vrysellas Team at Elevate Realty Inc., Brokerage, 228 Oakwood Ave, Toronto, ON M6E 2V4. Spiro is responsible for how personal information is handled on this site. You can reach him at spiro@vrysellas.com or 416-996-3771.

What we collect

• When you fill out a form, such as booking a strategy session or unlocking the calculators: your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to write in the message.
• When you create a free account to save reports: your name, email and, if you add it, your phone number. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us. We never see your Google password.
• When you save a report: the numbers you entered in the calculator, the report name and any property address you typed, so you can open the report again later.
• When you use the calculators: if you enter a property address or print a report, we receive a note with the address and the numbers on that report, so Spiro can follow up with useful information about that property if you would like it.
• When you browse the site: basic, anonymous visit information such as pages viewed and the type of device, collected by our website platform to help us improve the site.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and set up the session or information you asked for.
• To save your reports so you can open them on any device.
• To follow up about your real estate plans, by email, phone or text, when you have given us your details for that purpose.
• To send occasional market updates, only if you agree to receive them. Every email includes an easy way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.

Who helps us run the site

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:

• Squarespace hosts the website and processes our forms.
• Google Firebase manages member sign in and stores saved reports.
• Our client management system keeps track of our conversations with clients.

These providers may store information on servers in Canada or the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Cookies and your browser

The site uses cookies and your browser's storage to keep the site working, remember that you have unlocked the calculators and keep you signed in. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are an active client or member and for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law and real estate regulations. Saved reports stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to close your account.

Your choices

• See or correct your information: email us and we will send you what we have and fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete saved reports: open My saved reports and tap Delete on any report.
• Close your account: email spiro@vrysellas.com and we will delete your account and saved reports.
• Stop hearing from us: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just reply and tell us.

Keeping it safe

Your saved reports are private to your account. Only you can see them when you are signed in, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
