Why we rate Trinity Bellwoods so highly

We consistently rate Trinity Bellwoods as one of the top neighbourhoods in Toronto for both investment potential and end user enjoyment. We are currently building a laneway house on Bellwoods, so we know first hand what it takes to add a home on a lot here.

Life revolves around the park, with its tennis courts, dog bowl and summer crowds. Queen Street West, the Ossington strip and Dundas West are all a short walk away, and the 501 Queen and 505 Dundas streetcars take you downtown in minutes.

Where to eat

"I may be biased here since my background is Greek, but you need to try the chicken wrap at Agora, across from the park on Queen West. It is so tasty and has the perfect amount of lemon and fries. Their frappe also comes in a cool see-through can."
Spiro Vrysellas, Broker

The homes

Trinity Bellwoods is mostly Victorian and Edwardian semi-detached and row houses on tree-lined streets, many backing onto laneways, with lofts and condos along Queen and Dundas. Toronto allows laneway houses and garden suites on many residential lots, and a basement rental unit is often possible too. That is why so many homes here can earn income while staying great places to live.
