Why we love Seaton Village and the Annex

"This is where I went to elementary school and where my grandparents live. I spent a lot of time here, and many of my best memories are in this neighbourhood."
Spiro Vrysellas, Broker

Seaton Village sits just west of Bathurst Street, between Bloor Street and Dupont, with the Annex to the east toward the University of Toronto. It is a very high demand location, and it is easy to see why.

What to do

  • Bloor Street West. Restaurants, cafes, bookshops and theatres along Bloor.
  • Christie Pits and Vermont Square Park. Green space on both sides of the neighbourhood.
  • University of Toronto. The St. George campus is a short walk east.

The homes

The area is known for its Victorian and Edwardian semi-detached and row houses, many with original brick and stone details, along with large detached homes and low-rise apartments in the Annex. Many houses already include a rental unit, and demand from both buyers and renters stays strong year-round.

Market snapshot

TRREB reports these neighbourhoods as part of the Annex community. Because the Annex also includes condos, the median price is the better guide. Here is what TRREB reported for the second quarter of 2026.
