Christie Pits real estate: living here, the homes and the market
Christie Pits Park has it all, and it sits right on top of the subway. Here is what it is like to live around Christie Pits, what you can buy and what the numbers say.

Why we love Christie Pits
This park has it all, and it is so accessible to the subway, with Christie station on Line 2 right at its edge. Go catch a Toronto Maple Leafs baseball game at Dominico Field on a summer night, kick a ball around, take a swim at the outdoor pool or go tobogganing in the winter.
What to do
- Toronto Maple Leafs baseball. Summer games at Dominico Field, a Toronto tradition for decades.
- Christie Pits Park. Baseball diamonds, a soccer field, basketball courts, an outdoor pool and a winter rink.
- Bloor Street West. Restaurants and cafes along Bloor on the south side of the park.
The homes
The streets around the park are lined with Victorian and Edwardian semi-detached and row houses, many on deep lots, with some larger detached homes. Many houses here already include a rental unit, helped by the subway at the door.
Market snapshot
TRREB does not report Christie Pits as its own community. It sits where three TRREB communities meet, so here are their median prices for the second quarter of 2026 as a ballpark.
