Why we love High Park

High Park is one of the most prestigious and in-demand neighbourhoods in the city. The homes are beautiful and large, the streets are extremely walkable, and High Park and Keele stations on Line 2 put downtown within easy reach.

What to do

  • High Park. Trails, Grenadier Pond, gardens and the famous spring cherry blossoms.
  • Colborne Lodge. A historic house museum inside the park.
  • Bloor West Village. Shops, cafes and restaurants just west of the park.

The homes

The streets around the park are known for large detached and semi-detached homes from the early 1900s, many on generous lots, plus low-rise and mid-rise apartments along Bloor. Larger homes here often include a rental unit or have the space to add one.
