Why we love downtown

Downtown is not one neighbourhood but many. Nothing compares to the accessibility, the best restaurants in the city, the nightlife, the arts and every major sporting event a short walk away.

"I am a big ballet fan now. Seeing the National Ballet at the Four Seasons Centre is one of my favourite things to do downtown."
Spiro Vrysellas, Broker

Our favourite downtown neighbourhoods

  • Old Toronto and St. Lawrence Market. One of the best food markets in the world, with a Saturday farmers' market.
  • The Well. Shops, restaurants and the Wellington Market food hall at Front and Spadina.
  • Yorkville. Where downtown begins, with luxury shopping and fine dining.
  • Harbourfront. Waterfront paths, festivals and lake views.
  • Four Seasons Centre. Home of the National Ballet of Canada and the Canadian Opera Company.

The homes

Downtown condos range from studios and one-bedrooms to large suites and penthouses, along with hard and soft lofts in converted buildings. Amenities, maintenance fees, parking and the building's management all matter as much as the unit itself, so we look closely at each one with you.
